Miami is a huge, sprawling city with many suburbs and communities around the outskirts which are quieter but still within easy reach. Then again you many thrive on bustling city life and want to be right in the thick of it.
This may seem like common sense, but buy a house within the price range that you can easily afford. You want to be able to enjoy your new home in Florida, not have the enjoyment spoiled by money worries. Decide on an affordable budget and stick to it.
